One of my favorite quest, it does take a lot of flight points and annoying 5 minutes curses that you must carry but the reward is sooo sweet.

Check out that link for the LAST chain of the quest and the quest reward. Generally you can acquire the quest at lvl 23.
Basically go to Madame Eva in Darkshire in Duskwood and you can get the quest. Goood luck ; D
BTW the link above also gives you a detail walkthrough of the whole thing, just look on the right side of the site from that link and you should see the whole chain, the top one is of course the first chain. (FYI just in case any of you have never Read up Allakhazam before)
