Guild Events
Guild Events are events that are scheduled by an officer either through the Guild Calendar or the Forum. Guild Events may include Group Questing, Instances, Raids, Pre-Made Battlegrounds*, and Arenas*.
EVENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED to make it official. We want to be fair to those who are not on everyday. Events will be voted by officers, so we don't have conflicts.
*I know these are hard to schedule ahead because it's more of a "at the moment" thing. But if you are going to run a Guild BG or Arena, let an officer know who is attending so you can get points.
Each member who attends an Event will be given points accordingly.
Chief = 5PTS
Warchief = 5PTS
Ancients = 5PTS
Elders = 5PTS
Legends = 5PTS
Heros = 3PTS
Abandon Ones = 2PTS
Initiate = 1PT
Guild Points:
We decided to make the point system, because we don't like Gear Ninjas. We want to be able to award those who attends our event. I know RL is more important than the game, that is why an Event is only Official when it's on the calendar.
Spending Points:
Guild Events: When there are more than one "Needs" the person with the highest points will get the item. If all "Pass" no points will be spent. This will give the person who attends all our event an opportunity to get the item they've been waiting for, instead of loosing a roll a guy who just showed up. If the "Needers" have the same amount of points, only those "Needers" can do a roll. NOTE: So please use your Points wisely; Don't spend your points if you don't REALLY need it.
COST:
WORLD BOSS / RAIDS = 5PTS
HEROICS = 3PTS
INSTANCE = 2PTS
OTHERS = 1PT
Other Buys: You may use your points to request events if you are not an officer. Points will be taken when a request is approved. NOTE: This is for events that you wish to make Official. 2PTS per request.
WE WILL NOT GIVE POINTS if the event is NOT OFFICIAL. But please don't let this stop you from helping your Guild members, our goal is to get everyone geared up for Bigger events; 25MAN RAID!?
